Mayatech is giving Level-2 operational support to one of the biggest ADSL middleware system of TTNET.

The team is responsible for managing Middleware layer applications and support TTNET’s advanced Middleware Integration Platform, which serves as a service oriented architecture design.

In this project, Mayatech gives the following services:

  • Installation, upgrading/patching, system configuration and monitoring of Oracle SOA Suite
  • Developing and implementing system alarm mechanisms for proactive support within the scope of Level-2
  • Automated daily monitoring and keeping systems up to date
  • Performing pre-emptive actions on system malfunctions
